CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: You must cancel your appointment at least 2 days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file. Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Declined Payments: If your card declines the fee, you will not be able to book another appointment until the outstanding balance is paid. No-Show Policy: No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the total appointment cost. Deposit Policy: Your deposit is non-transferable to another day.
